IS there Pie in the Sky when you Die?
Why do so many Churches preach Poverty, when the good Lord promises us In John 10:10 ‘’The thief cometh not, but for to steal, and to kill, and to destroy: I have come that they might have life, and that they might have it more abundantly’’.
Matthew. 13:3
"Behold a sower went out to sow; 4. And when he sowed some seeds fell by
the wayside, and the fowls came and devoured them up." 8. "But others
fell
11. He answered and said
unto them: "Because it is given unto you
to know the mysteries of the kingdom of heaven, but unto them it is not
given."
12.
"For whosever hath. to him shall be given, and he shall have more
abundance:
16.
"But blessed are your eyes, for they see; and for your ears, for they
hear."Interesting! Very interesting! Now what think vou of a farmer who
sowed his seed in his neighbor's field? If the fowls came and ate the seed that
fell by the wayside, who would reap the harvest of the seed sown in his neighbour’s
field, he or his neighbour?
Before you begin to call
that farmer a fool, let me ask you: Where do you, yourself. sow your own seed?
The money you earn is your seed. So do you rent or are you buying your own
home? Who banks your seed money, you or your landlord? Do you leave your seed
money, your precious profit, in your own business or in your neighbour's retail
business? Again, who banks your seed money, you or your neighbour? Which of you
then will become wealthy?
Galatians: 6:7
"Whatsoever a man soweth, that shall he also reap". If you sow not neither,
can you reap. If then you desire to reap, begin to sow. Galatians: 6:9 ''And
let us not be weary in well doing: for in due season we shall reap, if we faint
not."
Don't you and
your family deserve more than just seeking out a bare living? Many people have
given absolutely no thought to what they are doing! Proverbs 13:22 "A good
man leaveth an inheritance to his children's children, and the wealth of the
sinner is laid up for the just." And Ecclesiastes 2:26 "For God
giveth to a man that is good in his sight wisdom, and knowledge, and joy: but
to the sinner he giveth travail, to gather and to heap UP... This is vanity and
vexation of spirit." So what are you going to do? Close your eyes and
muffle your ears? And grow vexed and angry at God and the world as you grow
old? Alternatively: Read. Study. Think and Grow Rich! Tithe your increase in
wealth and give the Lord thanks for all his many blessings. Deut. 8:18 "But thou shalt remember the LORD thy God: for it is
he that giveth thee power to get wealth." When all
blessings are received by obedience to the laws upon which they are predicated,
how can one continue to break God's laws and still expect to receive His blessing
of abundance and prosperity? Seek out wise counsel of those whose eyes and ears
can both see and hear and who acknowledge our Lord's hand in all things. For
guess what? There's no need to wait till you die because there's ample Pie on
earth while we yet live. Let's enjoy
our abundance and give thanks to our
Lord who has made it all possible!
