Why allow our Foes to choose their own Fighting Arena?

Fight them in the HIGH COURT.

Anti-gun momentum on Capitol Hill is now at fever pitch - unlike anything we've seen in at least twenty five years.

New gun-ban bills are being introduced almost every week

Freedom-killing legislation is moving through the House and Senate.

Votes are being taken.

There's no other way to put it. We could be within months - or even weeks - of losing our Second Amendment rights forever.

To save our Right to Keep and Bear Arms, you and I must take IMMEDIATE ACTION.

And OUR BEST - AND MAYBE ONLY -CHANCE to knock the gun- banners back on their heels is to TAKE the fight to the SUPREME COURT, which has already adjudicated the matter.

Seek a court Penalty for breach of their oath of office. There should not be a law which is constitutional that protects them in congress when they brake their sacred oath of office to sustain and uphold the constitution. Remember DOMA was a Federal law for many years, but was correctly ruled unconstitutional.

If the NRA leadership lacks the necessary Balls to get the job done, let us start a CBAA (Carry and Bear Arms Association possibly through our AMAC membership) to take this matter to the supreme court.

Just as Hitler proved he could beat France and the UK in Normandy, after conquering France, by dissipating his resources upon Russia, he allowed the USA to come to the help of the UK when he could have consolidated his victory over Europe by conquering the complete British Isles, the Isle of Man. Eire and Iceland.

Cease dissipating our financial resources, fighting our foes in Congress. Their Federal Laws will be just as unconstitutional as DOMA and can only be tyrannically enforced.

Yes, I know we've had the tyrannical WACO Fiasco, and that the Mormons were also illegally, therefore tyrannically forced to cease Polygamy.

When the constitution does not grant the Federal Government power, they too are subject to amendment 10. They as well as We, All need to obey the constitution. Thus we protect our rights to amendment 10 in addition to 2.

Fight them directly in the high Court which has already adjudicated the matter.
